Larry and co were very nice. They kept in communication, showed up on time, and were prepared. I had 2 ABF cubes and told them exactly what I wanted, which they listened to well. I supplied moving blankets, cellophane wrap, and ropes to tie things down. They used the blankets, a little cellophane, but no rope. My cubes were almost full, but still...I got my cubes back today and lots of my furniture has scratches. I feel like they didn't use the blankets as effectively as they could've. Things had moved around and boxes are smushed. I have used cubes before and never had an issue. I wish they would've used the blankets more effectively and more of the cellophane as well. I also understand packing things tightly, but they should be able to tell which boxes should go on top so others don't get smushed. Even my unpackers said they did not pack things well. Their etiquette and personality were top notch, but the actual packing left a little to be desired unfortunately.

I had a great experience with my apartment move! They showed up on time and we worked nonstop for the two hours. Larry and the rest of the crew made the experience stress-free and were fun to talk and work with all morning. All of my belongings were moved to my apartment safely and efficiently - I will definitely use them for my next move!

I would absolutely recommend these movers again. Larry and LD called me that morning to let me know around what time they would be there, and arrived just a few minutes early. They were friendly, polite, and very patient when we were indecisive about where something needed to be put. They worked hard for the entire time we had them, and were quick to take the bigger loads themselves as I worked along side them. They handled everything carefully (more carefully than the friends that helped me load the truck). I will gladly call them again for our next move. They made the part of the move I dreaded most into one of the easiest parts for me!

I requested for 4 guys for 2 hours to load on to a truck. On the day of the move, they showed up 45 minutes late and with only 3 guys. I would not have known they were going to be late if I had not called them. They didn't have the courtesy to call ahead and inform me. They were done in 2 hours and 20 minutes but the owner said anything over 2 hours is a charge for the full hour. So I was charged for 3 guys for 3 hours. Also, they loaded the fridge, washer, dryer, and heavier things last onto the truck. Should have been loaded first according to everyone else I spoke with, including the other company who helped us unload.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.
