Arrived a little late due to car issues which they called to let me know about. Once there all was well. All heavy/bulky items were moved to two storage areas with no damage or issues. Did a great job in the allotted time.

These movers stepped in when I was in a bind for a same day unloading. There was a mixup with the first movers and HireAHelper and they could not help me. A1 Loyalty Movers came through with flying colors! They called me when they were 45 minutes away (giving me plenty of time to meet them). Both men were very personable and knew their stuff. They were quick and placed my articles in the storage unit in such a way as to allow me substantial unused space that I can use for additional storage. I recommend them highly and would definitely use them again!! HireAHelper also took the initiative to find A1 Loyalty Movers, on short notice, to correct the original mixup and even helped to get the rates comparable. I am very satisfied with everything!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.
