I hired A1 Loyalty for a second time after having a positive experience with a cross-town move. The recent move was for a cross-country move, so we booked 4 hours to give lots of time for careful packing for our 2 bedroom town home. The first thing that I said to the movers was to take their time and get the packing right rather than rushing through it. Instead their packing was fast and sloppy. They didn't seem to have any knowledge of how to pack a truck correctly for a long move. We had to insist they put the heaviest items in first. I showed them the tie downs and asked that they use them every few feet. They did not use them, so eventually I asked them to stop and jumped in the truck to do the tie downs myself. They finished the move in 2 hours and I was so exasperated that I told them they could leave. I then spent the next hour and half repacking at least half the truck to better position our boxes and belongings. Luckily everything was fine when we arrived at our destination, but I think this is due move in part to our repacking rather than the movers help. I would not recommend A1 Loyalty in the future which is a shame given my previous positive experience.

Great guys. Timely, professional, and friendly. These folks worked hard, quickly, and made sure they were placing items where we wanted them. Highly recommended. Our job was to unload a 16' moving van. I'd use them again and highly recommend.

Larry and the team did a great job. I hired them to move a heavy item that was delivered to the street at my address. They provided excellent suggestions as well for the best approach to getting the heavy item into my residence. They arrived early and were prepared. I will definitely call them first next time I need help moving.

Armond, Vic, and Larry are professionals who are well worth the money. Larry was organized and prompt in making arrangements. Armond and Vic showed up on time. They worked quickly, efficiently, and safely. Nothing was damaged and they packed the truck so well that nothing shifted or was damaged - there was even room left in the truck for all the random items I had not yet boxed up. After arriving at my destination, I was so disappointed that the movers I hired to help unload were not even in the same ball park as A1. The bottom line is: A1 Loyalty Movers are worth every dollar!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.
