Had TWO WEEK advanced reservation!
Talked with mover day before to give him gate code. The next morning he text's me saying his phone is not working and he can not come to move me, not enough men to help!!

When Head Hancho called to confirm my appointment, they told me they would get there early in the morning.
They came on time and though I was advertised for two loaders, they brought along a third person.
The work was completed in just under an hour, leaving practically all the rest of the day to organize my things.
