There were several things broken due to a marginal pack. For some reason, some lamps were taken out of boxes and placed in truck bare. They were broken up in the 2400 mile move. I lost some rare china due to a bad pack. The movers showed up 1 hour early and I was not ready for them. This caused me some trouble as I had to go get the rental truck while they moved things without me. Some of the things they moved I did not want moved. I should have had them wait in their car until I was ready at no cose to me. I lost control of this loading. Overall, they tried to be helpful and I appreciate that. 1 or 2 of the movers tended to talk too much and not work enough. I have used this crew twice before, so I was a little disappointed. One of the crew was rude to me. One of the crew was a young, very hard worker. They hooked up my trailer to the truck and I very much appreciate that; but it was done wrong (unsafely) and I had a problem with the load in Dallas. Jim White

They did a good job for the most part; I feel could have been quicker and turned over two kitchen item boxes upside down, causing a brand new blender to break,

They were good. They came to my place without any delay. They carefully carried everything. I have requested 2 hours but all job were done before 2 hours. Then, in remaining time, they helped me to assemble the bed without additional charge even though I didn't request this job originally.
I want to ask them the job for next moving, too.

My digital camera, lost during the move, never turned up, after unpacking and getting settled. My camera was among the items moved by them.

The Holland personnel arrived on time and were very professional. The four man crew unloaded one U-Pack Trailer that was completely full, top to bottom and front to back, in 100+ degree weather in four hours.
Two of the crew came back and unloaded a second trailer packed about 18 feet and moved around some furniture in the house in two hours. The crew didn't damage anything.
Hopefully, we won't be moving anytime soon but, if we do, we will call Holland to do the loading and unloading.

I felt guilty watching these guys work in 100-degree heat, carrying loads up and down three flights of stairs. The whole move took longer than expected as a result, but the additional fees I incurred were fair (and fully disclosed in advance). The crew was exceedingly friendly, and they figured out how to move my exercise machinery without removing the door from its hinges (as an earlier moving crew had done). On the whole, I was very pleased.
