The customer can and will expect" for me to as great as I advertise myself to be mentally emotionally and physically.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When they hire me, they expect greatness throughout the day along the moving job..I will establish a comfort zone which makes the process smooth in transition.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparation is definitely key when it comes to saving time and money. Being organized can create a path for a balance of time and limited spending depending on the size of your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Being a master, I have handled all types of moves: local, long distance, office moves, assembly and disassembly, home organizing, garage cleaning and organizing, packing/ unpacking etc
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the customer being overly satisfied during and after completion.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I love incorporating value and worth first". You are your own asset and u should walk as such. Treat everything up touch with the upmost value..In my eyes, everything in the home is worthy and holds the same value. I know that entertaining the customer stands out, especially if u have keep them smiling while you express greatness on the job while you execute.
