They were awesome! They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and had me all packed up and moved in no time. It all went much quicker and smoother than I had anticipated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. They were excellent!

They were horrible. They just tossed my stuff in boxes then threw it in my pod. One of the containers didn’t even have a lid when they tried to put it in. When i complained and said i have the lid put it on they got irritated like it was a hassle or inconvenience. If you like your stuff DO NOT GET THEM
They complained, barely worked, and acted like everything was such a hassle. They didn’t fill up my pod properly and when i complained i was told nope it’s full we’re not repacking it. Mind you they only put a few boxes in and they were on the bottom with nothing layered. The only good thing i can say is they were on time. I couldn’t get them to do more so instead of sitting around. I found it more prudent to let them leave 2 hours early.
Movers get no credit just hire help and no consideration; it’s very discouraging but we press forward.

I used U-pack containers and hired movers to load my boxes. Two movers arrived an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time without prior notice, which disrupted my plans. Instead of stacking the boxes efficiently in the two containers, they piled them up randomly, so there wasn't enough space and I had to request an additional container. This delayed my moving schedule, and when I opened the containers at the destination, all the boxes had collapsed. The two movers also couldn't finish moving all the boxes from my two-bedroom apartment within three hours and left some behind. I also requested packing services when making the reservation, but they did not even wrap the furniture before moving it. As a result, dirty stains got on my sofa and bed.
This was the worst moving experience I've ever had, and I absolutely do not recommend it.
Again when you told us how to pack we followed your lead.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
