The company had to change my reservation time due to an emergency, but they worked hard to get me a new set of people as soon as possible. The movers I had were friendly and experienced. They went above and beyond to get all of my things unloaded and where they needed to be. I would use this company again!

hour late, They damaged my furniture, walls and wood floors. They were stuck on the stairs with my dresser for 20 mins and had to call for 2 other movers to come help them. The whole ordeal took 45 minutes . And they charge me for the time. I paid $205 for movers that didn’t move my house at the end of the day they, just damaged by furniture! I told them that They owed me 45 minutes back that they wasted on my stairs, that they were professionals and should’ve known The piece was too heavy with the drawers in it. Their response was it would be another $75 . At that point I said no, I would not pay for them to damage any more of my furniture. They didn’t pack the pod they left everything in my driveway and just left . The owner never called to apologize . Do yourself a favor and save your money and do not hire this company very unprofessional . If the option to give a zero I would. Very unhappy and being a military family who has moved many times this was the worst movers we have ever had.

Mover's response:
We apologize for the inconvenience and the lead on the job chose to stay on the stairs with your furniture until the additional help could arrive in order to keep from hurting themselves, the other crew members (whom was in training as it was their first day), and to keep from damaging your property any further. Once the 2 additional crew members arrived and the situation was resolved with the dresser, all 4 crew members worked for an hour at no additional cost. The additional $75 would have covered for all 4 crew members to continue working for an additional hour ( which is normally a $160/hour fee. The pod was half packed when the crew left with only a couple of furniture pieces and some boxes remaining. We tried our best to compensate for the inconvenience, but could not have 4 crew member working for 2 hours without any pay.

They only get a 3 because - I hired this company for two jobs.... loading the old place and unloading the new place. They were short handed and called to tell me they were going to 3-4 hours behind. That didn’t work for us, as we had a schedule based on what we asked for. Luckily, we were able to do it ourselves. I know and understand things happen, as in my job, but it really put us in a bind. On the unload the following morning, they showed up as planned. Things went well, even though one of the movers was in training. We were surprised to see it was 2 girls. We don’t judge and they showed they knew how to handle themselves. We have some heavy furniture that had to go upstairs into the house. Overall, even with the no show, they were able to help where it really mattered - the stairs! If the load would have gone as well as the unload, the rating would have been higher. We appreciate their hard work.
