We had a really great experience. The movers arrived early and prepared. They worked efficiently and navigated the eccentricities of the building well. They followed directions well and made sure everything was put in the correct place in the flat. Even with the distance they had to move the items they were finished an hour and a half early. They were polite and friendly. We would absolutely use them again.

On top movers Charged for three hours the guys were there an hour and half.
The guys told me to call and get payment adjusted I called and emailed On top movers several times to get reimbursed one hour and I never received a call back.
I called hire a helper twice and was told I would get a call back and nothing again.
Reporting to better business bureau and will continue to spread the word. In this world today this is shameful and cannot continue to happen. Do not hire help and prepay on this website you will get screwed!
