The gentlemen that helped with unloading the trailer did a great job. Very careful and professional. My only complaint is with HireAHelper as a whole. I requested four hours of help and only needed an hour after all. I didn't get any refund for the difference so that was a very expensive hour.

There was a scheduling miscommunication but the company was able to work things out. I was disappointed that they didn't show up at the scheduled time, but they were very apologetic and did everything they could to make things right.
