The guys helping me move were wonderful. They knew what thy were doing and really got it done. The only problem I had was when it came to pay. They asked for a payment number which I didn't have.They completed the job in 2 hours, but since I thought it would take 4 hours, I was charged the full amount. I hope the $250 overcharge was shared with the people who did the work.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once we receive an order customer can expect to receive a call within 24 hours to confirm the booking and discuss any relevant details of the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of the move customers can expect our employees to show up in a timely manner. If there will be a delay, the customer will receive a call to let them know the circumstances, and when the employees will arrive.

Please let us know of any changes in the details that were not previously discussed. We understand moving is stressful, and things don't always go as expected. We are happy to help in any way possible, but always appreciate any communication regarding changes in the moving plans.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are started with moving basics, such as how to safely and appropriately move large items to minimize any possibility of damages. They are also trained to keep an eye out for any items marked as being fragile. Our goal is to make sure that they do their best to handle your belongings as they would their own!
