This company know what they are doing. The two employees who did the loading and unloading did an excellent job and we would hire them again the next time.

I used five star to unload our entire household. I planned for 5 hours, the 3 man crew was done in a little over 3 hours. The young men were professional, on time, and worked at a fast pace. They photographed and documented any damage articles, and even found loose screws, documented any scratches, and inspection every item as it was removed. They also put every piece where we requested.
I would hire these young men 100% of the time for any moving needs.

They showed up on time, and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.
If I had any bone to pick with them (and it's a small one), it was that they were almost too conscientious. Our furniture is mostly cheap stuff you put together with an allen wrench. I told them I wasn't too worried about protecting things with a bunch of blankets...as long as the load was balanced and stable. But because of the insurance, they are required to pack it like you bought it at Black Bamboo or some other fancy pants furniture place, which slowed the process down a bit. But given a choice between too good of a job, and a bad job, I'll take the detail oriented people any day of the week.

Moving out of a three bedroom apartment is a major pain, but these guys had us out, picked up a tv from my in laws, and in to our new house in 5 hours. They also gave us tips on how to avoid fees from uhaul! Definitely reasonably priced and professional.
