I booked the guys a couple days in advance. They contacted me and asked if I could reschedule. I advised I couldn't because of time constraints on who was driving the truck. They said they could still come but it would have to be pushed til 11. That was fine. 11 am comes and goes and I call them to see where they are. They stated they were at my address and they didnt see a truck. I told them if they didnt see a truck they were at the lond location. After they put the correct address they the. Said they were 16 mins away. This pushed out tune back again. They finally arrived at close to 1130-1145. I had to leave to go to the new house location but my mother and step dad were there. They spent 5-10 mins ranting about me not having cords to tie things down when that was never stipulated. I kept receiving calls from their home base stating they had to leave after two hrs and that was already well known. They complained about moving my mini deep freezer because it had a couple bags of frozen fruit. They moved two parts of my couch and left the third because they said they couldn't angle it up the stairs. My brothers came the next day and got that same part out the door within 5 mins. They load 1 bed frame and half the other so no beds could be set up. They didnt load all the dressers. I booked them to load the heavy things and what I got done was 2 beds. 1 bed frame. Half of the other frame. My deep freezer. 2 parts of my couch. 2 dressers. One tv stand. And one of my tvs. That left 2 dressers. One tv stand. Half a frame. One tv. 2 night stands. They spent so much time complaining and stating what they couldn't do that they ran the clock down to unload at the next location. So they got paid for 2 hrs and did maybe an hr and 15 mins of actual work. Im highly disappointed and won't be using this service again.

Westin and his crew did an excellent job. They were patient and understanding and didn't complain about our home or items to be moved. They handled the job professionally and quickly. Would definitely recommend their company to others when you just need the "muscle" to move.
