The two movers who showed up were ill prepared for the move. They had never moved cabinets (total weight is about 100 pounds) and didn’t seem to be experienced with moving at all. They were very young and struggled with coordinating the work.
I booked a three-hour move, but after the second hour, one of the guys said they were leaving because their Uber arrived. When I told him I booked a three-hour move, it took 15 minutes to get his boss on the phone to confirm they should work the extra hour. They did about 5 more minutes of work and said they were done. I spent another forty minutes on the phone with the main contact, who kept insisting that the movers were still at my house, but I had locked the storage unit that they were moving into (at no point was the unit locked). I eventually found the 2 movers hiding behind a tree in the neighbor’s yard. The main contact said he would call me back by 2 pm that afternoon with a resolution. It’s now been 48 hours and I haven’t heard from anyone and no one is answering my calls.
When I went out to the pod that I hired them to help load, it was a complete mess. My partner and I had to unload everything and repack it, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring movers. They also left a cloth-covered chair next to the pod in the rain; it’s now ruined.
Do NOT book this service!
We would like to clarify a few points regarding the service. According to our records, the movers were advised they could leave after 2.5 hours once the POD was fully loaded. When asked if you would like to be reimbursed for the remaining time, it was noted that you expected an additional hour. Additionally, when our service team offered to have the crew return to complete any remaining tasks, you declined the offer.
Our customer service team also attempted to follow up to discuss the matter in more detail. However, we were informed that you did not wish to continue the conversation and requested compensation for the unused hour, even though the POD had already been fully packed with your belongings.
We sincerely apologize if any key items were left behind. Based on our understanding, all items were loaded, secured, and strapped down at the time of departure.

Gabriel and team were excellent movers! They were so kind, and so helpful all throughout the booking and moving process. Since two PODS were not able to fit on my new driveway, we had to stagger the unloading over two days, instead of one. Gabriel worked with me to get the job done! Thank you, so much!! Where do I with the movers!!!! They were on time and was shocked when they came to the house and seen that we lived in a 2 story home. They were told they were moving a 1 bedroom apartment. I rented the biggest Pod for a 4 bedroom home. When the POD showed up I looked at my husband and said all of our stuff will not fit in this POD. The movers looked at us and said they will make it work, and that’s exactly what they did made it work. I was so happy and excited because I just knew I was gonna have to spend more money and rent another POD. Big thanks to the guys that loaded our belongings inside our POD. Oh I don’t want to forget this, they did not break nor scratch anything while moving our things.
