They arrived on time and were very friendly. They forgot the dolly at their previous job, so they did the smaller items first. It would have been more helpful if they had plastic to wrap around the furniture, in the past I had movers bring it so I did not think to provide some. There were two awkward instances: 1. One of the workers was talking to the mother of his child in regards to day care. I can't imagine being a single parent and how stressful it is, but just put my furniture down while you're on the phone. The other mover informed me that he thought he had a cracked rib from the other job. Needless to say I had anxiety the whole time they were moving everything. Everything did get in the truck within the two hour minimum, which I was worried about, and nothing was damaged. Overall the guys were nice, just a couple awkward instances. I probably would not use them again but only because I felt as though the company I had used previously was faster and worried me less.

The day started with a phone call that they would be late and need to reschedule. They ended up there about three hours late. They were prepared okay, but after using another company the next day I realized the difference. Two younger guys and there manager, not dressed in any type of uniforms. The manager worked on taking apart beds and mirrors. She worked hard as did the two guys. I ended up with two pieces that had some damage, and they were sure they hadn't done it, although I don't know where it would have come from. I probably wouldn't use them again, but appreciate the work they did. Just wish that in the three hours time more could have been accomplished.

Do not use these guys! Showed up late and I ended up doing the majority of the moving because these guys seemed to have no clue what they were doing, it was like it was their first time to move anyone. They brought zero equipment to move the furniture. So strange. They both continuously asked for paper towels to blow their noses over and over. I was under the impression that they were under the influence of something. One of the guys was too weak or inebriated to move my dresser, so I had to do it. Again, I moved almost everything myself. Wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. Not sure how they got such a high rating...

They were on time, and they were prepared. They worked very hard and I would definitely use them again. Sherri the lady that comes with the two guys was also awesome and she let me know from start to finish what to expect.
