What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Once you book with us, we’ll reach out to confirm the details, answer any questions, and make sure we’re all on the same page. We keep it simple—good communication, clear expectations, and no surprises (unless they’re good ones). You’ll also get easy online payment options so there’s no messing with cash or checks on moving day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, we show up on time, ready to work—and maybe even crack a few jokes along the way to lighten moving day stresses. We’ll do a quick walk-through, make sure we know what’s what, and then get to work treating your stuff like it’s our own (but with fewer emotional attachments). We're fast, careful, and professional—with just the right amount of hustle.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Clear a path so we’re not dodging boxes or bikes, and label your stuff—especially anything fragile or heavy. If you’ve got big furniture, try to take it apart ahead of time (or we can for a fee). Keep pets safe and out of the way, and unhook any appliances—we can’t do that part. TVs need to be off the wall before we arrive (insurance rules, not us). And if you’ve got special instructions, just let us know—we’re good, but we’re not mind readers.

What types of moves have you handled?

We’ve pretty much seen it all. We handle local moves all over Indy—houses, apartments, even those tricky third-floor walk-ups. We do long-distance moves too, so if you're heading out of state, we’ve got you covered. We also move offices and businesses, keeping things organized so your work doesn't skip a beat. And for those “please be extra careful with this” items—like pianos, antiques, or that weird-but-expensive sculpture—we know how to treat them right.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Honestly? Helping people during a big life change is pretty awesome. Moving can be stressful, and we love being the team that makes it way easier. Plus, there’s something satisfying about loading a truck just right—it’s like Tetris, but sweatier.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We don’t just hand someone a dolly and wish them luck. Our team goes through real training on how to move things safely, wrap and pack the right way, and treat customers (and their stuff) with respect. We also teach them how to use the gear properly, so they’re not just lifting with their backs and prayers. Basically, we make sure everyone who shows up knows what they’re doing—and knows how to do it with a good attitude.
