These guys did a great job for me. When I realized I hadn't brought any tools with me they even offered to assemble a large, complex bad frame.
They were proactive in calling me (even came a little early since I was ahead of schedule), worked hard the whole time, had great attitudes and were very careful. I would definitely use them again.

The 2 guys from TNT Delivers were amazing!! Very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking!! They arrived on time and ready to work. We needed more time and they stayed for another 1 1/2 hours. All of the guys on the crew were incredibly polite, hard-working and professional throughout the entire process. This project involved moving event fixtures, furniture, etc. into an upscale hotel ballroom where we were surrounded by clients. It was great to immediately realize that I wouldn't have to worry about any of them working around our clients. Every time i need help in Palm Springs or the surrounding area I'll be calling TNT

There were two guys came to do the job.
The person name Chrish is the only one knows how to do the job, the second person completely seems not professionals to do his job that TNT priced us for the time of the service with 2 helpers and for that reason we ended up paying more money for the time they took extra because of the second person was not having the skill they required like how to use their tools to do the job so they can finish it by the Schedule time.
I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. At TNT Delivers we strive to make every customer our number 1 priority and for that reason we will discuss this matter with Chris and Mark. Our experience with TNT was EXCELLENT! We had to change our reservation more than a couple of times due to closing dates changes. They always accommodated us with no hassles.
The guys showed up early and were beyond professional and patient. Also went the extra 2 miles by turning on our hot water heater for us!
We were also lucky that they had more available time after what we booked them for and they helped us with a few extra runs from our temporary place. Saved us a LOT of time and effort.
They got a $100 tip from us - probably worth more if I had it at the time.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A well gromed crew of professional men that are not only great movers but great problem solvers able to solve almost every situation. All our movers work and live in the Coachella Valley.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prepared you are, the faster your move will flow. Uniform boxes make stacking and maximizes your load. Anything that you can do yourself such as disconnecting appliances and wrapping cords, mirrors off of dressers, etc. Will greatly improve your move and more importantly money due to time saved.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've done everything from a simple delivery to a full 20,000 sqft move of office and warehouse. We handle many events for hotels and promoters. We are even a TSA CERTIFIED Carrier that handle many different types of precious cargo.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The great relationships that we've built in our community over the last 22 years.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Considering our employees have been with us many many years. They continue to learn from each other to improve our services to our customers. We work as one colloborated group of people.
