I want to say that one of the guys who came was fantastic, careful, helpful and communicative which I appreciate.
Unfortunately I didn’t get the same level of service from everyone helping with my move. Seeing my stuff being dropped several times, getting my leather couch scratched up and having a couple other things break when unloading it, I was just left feeling overwhelmed. All and all, they were a big help in getting my truck unpacked. Just wished my belongings were more taken care of.

The guys that you recommended showed up early and jumped right in and had my Pod loaded in an hour. All I did was supervise a little and they did the rest. They were really good and worked hard. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family any time. I gave them each a $20.00 tip for their work. They earned every penny...Thank You!!!

It was a father and son team, and Dad was doing most of the work. It required 2 men to accomplish. I posted-it every item to be moved. The big screen is still on my bed. The couch had to be moved by another service, since there was damage to my newly painted walls when they were attempting to move things, and I no longer trusted them. It was truly unsatisfactory.

I’ve moved 6 times in the past 3 years and they were by far the best moving crew. My new home is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, it was a very challenging move. They were on time, efficient and professional and turned a day most persons dread into a fun and pleasurable experience. Super grateful !!!

While some mistakes are to be expected, you can't take for granted that such a pleasant and hardworking crew would show up. I was positively surprised with their work attitude and willingness to accommodate a request that wasn't part of the original list. Would definitely recommend them.

Were they on time? - Yes
Were they prepared for the job? - Seemed to be. They had dollies and roll carts.
Did they work hard? - Yes, they got our furniture loaded quickly.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? - No. They broke two hallway lights in our apartment common areas that we are being charged to replace from our building.
Would you use them again? - Had they not broken the hallway lights, yes. But now no.
