The arrival window was between 9 and 10 AM. They arrived at 3:08 PM. A discount was given, which was appreciated but having an entire day wasted put me behind schedule. Once here, they unloaded a 15 ft truck in less than an hour. I had directed them to get the larger pieces upstairs to insure that pieces too heavy for me to handle were in place. They were ready to bolt at just under an hour and seemed a bit put out when I requested them to move the smaller items. I paid for two hours and expected them to be willing to stay until the job was done - not leave me with moving smaller items myself. After they left I discovered that one of the wardrobe boxes was torn, dislodging the metal bar and all the clothing was in a heap in the bottom of the box. Both men were pleasant - one seemed more motivated than the other.

These guys way exceeded my expectations. RB is very experienced, got right to it with no messing around. They took my stuff, including some heavy furniture down three flights of stairs like they had done it a thousand times. Today was the hottest day so far this year ( over 100 degrees ) and it didn’t slow them down. If you book these guys and RB is coming, I can guarantee you’ll be happy. I would use them again in a heartbeat

They showed up right on time and ready to work. They were efficient and courteous in their work. I just directed where the things went and they placed them wherever I needed them. They were careful to not get the house dirty and made sure no to scratch walls or flooring. They were respectful with all of my property and made sure as to not damage any of it. They finished a 4 hr job in about 2.5 hours and then helped to set up a couple of the large items I was unable to lift and set up myself. I would definitely use this company again, I had great experience.
