They sent inexperience movers that broke the leg off a 10K dining table then attempted to pass the blame onto me. After breaking the leg off the table the young man in charge proceeded to tell me it was " no big deal" and the n proceeded to walk off the job. the owner told Hire a Helper he would send a new crew in a hour to hour and a half- almost 2 hours later they said they didn't have a new crew but could sent the same back out but would give a time as to when. Hire a Helper located a better company who came out and finished the move without breaking anything. STAY AWAY FROM SMOOTH MOVER- THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT.

I can’t adequately express how happy and impressed I am with Nate, Chuck, Shawn and Chris from Smooth Movers. They were on time and worked extremely hard moving my heavy furniture which included a large safe , pool table , and large exercise machine as well as all the bedroom sets and dining room. Every one of them were polite and respectful of my belongings and my house. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them for any future moving needs. Thanks again for all your hard work.

I was able to book them the same day to unload the truck for my move. They arrived on time, worked hard, and handled everything with care. It was blazing hot and I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently they got everything done.

First, Cherie the young lady that handles the calls and sets everything up was a pure joy to deal with. She is very polite and goes above and beyond to help her customers. I love love love her. Then the guys Kelvin and Nathan were, in my daughters words " The BOMB" they arrived before the truck did, waited paitiently and still finished the job before the 2 hours was up and we had a lot of stuff. I would definately reccommend and use them again. Thanks Cherie, Nathan and Kelvin for helping us have a smooth move. And did I mention they also have the best price out there. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Two movers came and they made quick work of unloading and moving my items from the POD upstairs (with no elevator) to my apartment. They had 2 hand trucks and carefully loaded my items. Nothing was scratched or damaged. The one mover who loaded into the apt. was overly courteous and asked where to place the items. They came, did their job quickly, safely and professionally and left. What more could I want.
