Our helpers called and asked if they could come even earlier than agreed on (great news for us) and eagerly transported some of our very heavy furniture down a step set of stairs and then to our storage room. There was a piece of equipment that was extremely difficult to handle as well as heavy-but these guys had a "can do" attitude and never complained! They finished on time and were extremely professional, careful, and pleasant.

Have items organized with all boxes closed and secured and not packed to heavily. Any items that are very fragile please have pre wrapped with bubble wrap etc or have materials so we can do so
