Our helpers called and asked if they could come even earlier than agreed on (great news for us) and eagerly transported some of our very heavy furniture down a step set of stairs and then to our storage room. There was a piece of equipment that was extremely difficult to handle as well as heavy-but these guys had a "can do" attitude and never complained! They finished on time and were extremely professional, careful, and pleasant.

We purchased a king bedroom set off of Marketplace. Three guys came over to move the furniture upstairs to a bedroom.
They were very professional, respectful to us and to our property.

Jay communicated with me the day before the move and let me know when he was en route the day of the move. His team got my whole house packed up the same day my storage boxes arrived. The team was also respectful of my home. I would recommend this company!

Packed things well
The issue I had is with the administration. The website asked if I had a piano. I said yes. It asked if it was an upright or studio. I said studio which it is. The website asked if it was over 300 pounds. I said yes.
The guys didn’t want to pack because they said it was more than 300 lbs. the website needs to be more clear and forthright about items like this. I was given an ultimatum of pay or not pack it. Please adjust your website to have more clarity and communicate with the team of loaders.

Have items organized with all boxes closed and secured and not packed to heavily. Any items that are very fragile please have pre wrapped with bubble wrap etc or have materials so we can do so
