How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should be preparing for moving day at least 1 - 2 weeks prior to moving day. A customer should have all boxes fully packed to prevent dilapidation during the loading process. Customers should try and disassemble what they can prior to movers arriving because it will cut down on the total time the move takes. When movers have to stop and disassemble furniture, it adds a lot of time to a total invoice. Customers should have a sticky note on every room so the movers can label the furniture.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite two parts about being a mover are 1) I get paid to workout and 2) I get to learn a random stranger's entire life in one day. Pretty great

Order of operations training. Conduct training. Overall, every one of my movers are conscious to the fact that we are moving people's lives and their belongings need the utmost respect.
