Recieved text crew had arrived at 806am . Unfortunately they didn't really start working until about 830am. Thank goodness my nephew was there to show them how to load truck. Instead of them packing big stuff first they slowly, pace of a turtle, loaded some boxes. Another friend took more boxes out than they were. My relatives agreed that the big furniture items needed to be packed first. There was a language barrier so that made it even more frustrating. Thank goodness my nephew arrived when he did or my two bedroom apartment would have not been packed in the two hour slotted time I'd reserved. Would not recommend
