They called ahead of time and told when they would arrive. They were professional and friendly although I wish they had brought the huge plastic wrap materials to wrap the furniture with drawers( I should have asked ahead of time.). They finished the job right on time! Great team!

I have moved 5 times within the last year and a half and I have used hire a helper with these moves. I have written glowing reports for other movers, but I cannot give these movers a good report. They arrived at 8:40 a.m. and started to work. They had an elevator to use to help them with this move of a one bedroom apartment. One man stayed inside the Uhaul the whole time on his phone while he waited for the other man to bring the objects down to him. My two family members and myself even helped them carry the items downstairs to speed the process up since they were taking so long. After they were finished, hire a helper called me and stated that I would be charged an extra hour since they went over. I will not use their service again and I will think again before referring hire a helper to my friends since they charged for an extra hour even after I complained about the service.
