*****UPDATE: 11/24/25 after arrival to NY***
(Load was uneven. More weight on right side of truck. We had to pull off to a truck stop in VA due to truck drifting to right of road): Refused to take the backs off my power reclining couch and stated it was put on wrong when they didn't know how to remove it. I tried to help them but they told me to stay away and how a lady is not suppose to do stuff like this. The full couch was transported downstairs whole. (The last 2 moving crews i booked removed the backs off for easier transport without scraping the leather)
Fragile box labeled: "PS Electronics"(Contained PS3, PS4, PS5, PS VR, computer speakers and others) TOP TOP TOP TOP was placed under the box labeled Shoes/Sneakers, and Toaster Oven, Grill, Small Blender, etc. This was a HUGE risk but no damage.
Aside from the issues, we are pleased with the assistance in packing the truck.

Arrived 45 mins early while I was still in pajamas feeding 2 babies and was impatient at the front door ringing the doorbell after I already spoke to them saying I was coming out. They were nice, but showed looking bummy, smelling like weed. Semi listened to where things went but literally put them a mess everywhere blocking things and had I not been behind them moving or stacking things I would not have any floor showing. Had them booked for 3 hrs and part of services were assembling which I had 2 baby cribs & 1 queen size bed frame to assemble and they said i was missing parts for it which I told them I wasn't thats all I had so they said they were leaving after only 1 hour and 50 mins. When I spoke to their boss his excuse was that “pack rat hasnt been paying invoices and Im lucky they werent cancelled but was going to try and take care of me and do me a favor as much as he can”.
