I explained the walk was far from the POD to my door and to bring a big pallet or large dolly. That did not happen.
They worked steadily, but it was not easy and we were helping also. Had we not had our own people helping, it would have taken all day.
The person taking the order did not listen to what I said about the necessary tools needed. I would have rented one on my own.

Crew arrived on time. During the move, they dinged up one of my walls several times. Miscommunication occurred when they packed away boxes I explicitly said were not ready. They also left a lot of open spaces inside the moving truck. I had to re-pack most of what they did. Moving is a game of Tetris; I feel like this crew needs more practice.
