These two guys were ridiculous. I moved the time from 11-12, to 1:00. They didn’t show up until 1:40. 5 minutes in and And a glass globe for a lamp got broken. I’ve moved several times and have become quite the packer and mover. I estimated the move to be 2 hours, 3 at the most. It took 4. Two beds a couple small dressers and mostly just misc boxes and bags. They very unorganized. They said my stuff wasn’t going to fit in my storage unit so I had to get a larger unit. $$$. I could’ve done it faster and more efficiently All by myself. I do not recommend them.

Your move was four hours because you lived on the second level with a 60 plus feet walkway with a flight of stairs to go down.

There must have been a missed understanding how HireAHelper charges. It’s a 2 hour minimum, after you get charged hourly.
We had no control over the unit you and the storage place negotiated. You asked me will it fit and the unit was way to small to fit 2 bedroom furniture into it.
I’m very sorry about the inconvenience during these challenging times.
