We were deeply displeased with the services provided. The older gentleman was helpful, the younger guy he brought with him, not so much, he reeked of beer, my fiance, his daughter and myself could all smell it on his breath, we kept seeing him walking around just kinda looking at our stuff, or sitting down. I personally had to ask him repeatedly to help me with items from one room, which he did not do until my fiancé asked him to do it. At one point I'd gone to get stuff from the shed in our back yard, and he was literally urinating behind the house, right up next to it, and under a window,... we have a 14 year old daughter who was on the property when he did this, and where he was was less than 10 feet away from her bedroom window. When they were getting ready to leave, there ended up being some confusion about the payment, I'd paid through Google pay, and was being told I had to release the payment, but didn't know what that meant and wasn't being given much of an explanation about what it meant when I asked, other than being told to call the number and release the payment. The older gentleman said this number was in the confirmation email, it was not, I showed it to him and he couldn't even find it, but continued to insist they'd not been paid because I hadn't released the payment. So I opened my banking app and showed the older gentleman where the payment had come out of my account and showed as a completed transaction, not pending, meaning the payment had gone through on my end.... he asked to see my phone so he could look at the charge, I looked away to answer a question and when I looked back seconds later he scrolling through my payment history in my banking app!!! I took my phone out of his hand and said "wtf, you're scrolling through my payment history? Not cool" When I was again attempting to explain to him that I still wasn't understanding what he was trying to tell me about me needing to call a number and release the payment, I explained to him that I am autistic and have a hard time understanding things sometimes, I don't get euphemisms or expressions, I sometimes catch sarcasm, hoping that this would perhaps help him communicate what was needed better. Instead he literally laughed at me and said "oh, yeah, me too" and not in the way where he genuinely meant that he too was autistic, but in the way where he was mocking and belittling me, it took everything my fiance had in him not to go off on this man for having been so blatantly disrespectful towards me. Many of the items I told them were important and needed to be removed, ended up getting left behind as these guys did not help us with them (we were helping them do all of this, in total there were 5 of us and many of the things they were asked to do were not done) they left an "L" shaped table bench jammed in a hallway, they lied about how long they'd been there, they were scheduled to be there from 3-5, they got to the property at 3:07, and stopped working at 4:30 to do paperwork, then said they got there 45 minutes early and charged me an extra $75 for that time... Absolutely terrible experience, terrible people, never use these guys.. bad idea, big mistake. Negative 20 out of 10 stars. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone, not even someone I despised

I went online and booked two people for two hours and filled out all the specifics. I have used Tire helper two other times. One experience was fantastic and the other one was terrible. This one rates somewhere in the middle I suppose.
Two people showed up however one was a kid who didn’t weigh more than 110 pounds and the other gentleman was much more mature. They did not bring a dolly so they were carrying boxes hand by hand and dropped so many things I had several items broken. At the end of my time, I was asked to confirm that they were there for two hours which I did. But then was asked to pay an additional fee by the actual guys moving directly via Venmo. I was told that I went over my time by an hour, and he was only going to charge me half. In reality I did not go over my time they took several breaks and I also went and got them lunch so that they could eat. so did my things get brought into the house lose at least six items yes. Will I use a helper again… Only if I have packed my items meticulously and have time to supervise the entire event.

My crew had one experienced member and the other was inexperienced. This made for a more unorganized effort with constant instruction about how to carefully move items which lead to overtime cost on my behalf.
