The young men were good workers however the professional demeanor was lacking. One of the young men arrived smelling like a brewery and looked like he just crawled out of bed.

I am very disappointed in the help that helped w loading my moving truck. When I scheduled their services, I specifically ask & then later told one of the movers on the phone & the day of the move, that my prime reason for hiring them was to load my heavy items (Queen sleeper sofa, dresser, etc.).
The day of moving, there seemed to be more ‘talking & planning’ than loading the large/heavy items. 20-minutes before their time was up, ALL of the heavy items were STILL in my home. Unfortunately, they did not account for the size of the couch b/c the movers loaded it width wise in the truck - 1 side on the floor & the other up on the opposing wall touching the ceiling. Very few items were able to fit in the extra space that could have fit if the planning was better for the couch. So it caused a significant issue for me. I had a lot of items still in my house!
Due to this, I had to return to my, now old house) the next day, rent a new truck & storage unit to remove the remaining item in my house & shed. 3/4 of my things are at my destination & 1/4 in the town I left.

PHMC did an incredible job! They were communicative about their arrival time and packed up our Uhaul with a smile. They were hard workers and they blew us away with their talent. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just paid $339 and none of my furniture is put back together. The movers had no tools whatsoever. Tonight I am sleeping on an air mattress because of lack of preparedness. Not good.
