The movers were prompt, prepared, worked hard, were pleasant, and were respectful of my property and goods, thoroughly wrapping my fragile furniture pieces; except, I wanted my most valuable possession (antique Persian rug) rolled tightly and neatly but they did it loosely and wrinkled; they did not redo it when I expressed concern; and I was too exhausted to insist (but I should have). Otherwise, I especially want to commend my main contact at the moving company, Stephen, who was always there and responsive via text or phone throughout the process; was calm, patient, explained things well, and had great follow-through, which really took some of the pressure and stress off of my big move! Thank you!
Regarding the Persian rug, we truly apologize for the misunderstanding. Our team did not hear your request clearly at the time had they realized, they would have gladly re-rolled it neatly before leaving. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve communication onsite and ensure every detail meets your expectations.

The helpers arrived on time, communicated with me when they would arrive, so I knew what was going on and when they were arriving.The helpers were respectful of my furnishings, polite and were honest about their working and time worked.
On the other hand, the office staff was inefficient, communication poor. One example of this is contacting me during the move to clarify and agree to the contract which was stressful in the timing. I cannot even remember what it was about as the helpers were just beginning to move about with furniture. Crazy to wait last minute. Office work was poorly done both in oral and written communications. I found the process difficult and confusing. They need to see how other companies do the office communications and notifications.
Again, the head helper was great and his coworker supportive. Team work was evident.
We’d also like to clarify that Strong Household Movers served as the service provider assigned for your move. We do not handle the booking process or customer communications. In this case, we received the job details around 5PM the evening before your move and did our best to ensure a smooth and professional experience on our end.
We completely understand how stressful last minute coordination can be and truly appreciate your patience. Thank you again for recognizing the efforts of our helpers and their teamwork. we value your feedback and hope to serve you again under better circumstances.

These 4 men were the hardest workers I have seen. They didn’t pause in 5 hours of heavy lifting in 90 degree weather. They were courteous and went out of their way to see what we wanted and then they did it. I totally respect their work and wish I could move them with me
