Disappointing and frustrating on every level. They made a mistake when scheduling and didn’t catch it til the night before our scheduled move. Tried to reschedule moving to another day. All of our possessions cannot sit in the street in a truck for days.
They did not show up at the rescheduled time. Hours late. Terrible communication and outright lies. Head guy told us that his guys were turning on my street. Not even close to true, they didn’t show up for another half hour.
They finally arrived. No greeting, no apology, just told me there would be a $20 charge if they used their own equipment. One of the movers was clearly being trained and was not ready. Broke some of my furniture. Dragged leather couches across concrete garage floors. Slid dressers down stairs. Extremely slow and unprofessional. Spent half their time here talking about why they had my number wrong and discussing whether my foldable treadmill could be moved without significant extra charges (my adult son got fed up with the discussion and moved it on his own).
Would not recommend to anyone, dealing with them made every part of moving day so much more stressful. Save yourself the headache - it would be better to bribe strangers off the street with cases of beer than hire this company.

They did amazing did everything as quick as possible and efficiently as possible without piling up boxes. I had the boxes labeled and they put the boxes where they were suppose to be, so it was less hassle to move the boxes and unpack them again. I would definitely have them help us move again

5 Stars for Wright Now Family Movers! Denell and Gregory did an awesome job loading our moving truck. They arrived on time and were professional throughout the process.
3 Stars for Hire A Helper… Less than 30 minutes after our helpers departed, we received a call from Hire A Helper asking us to authorize an additional $60 charge for equipment use. We rented a hand truck (which was used) from Penske so no additional equipment was necessary. In the future, they should ask- or inform -customers that there will be an additional charge for helpers to use the equipment they prefer. This leaves a bad taste…! The additional charge is NOT authorized.
