There was a man and lady. There were doing a great job until there was a personnel problem between the two people. She left 2/3 of unloading and I had to help the man. I can’t believe this. I am not happy at all. I’m 71 years old and shouldn’t be lifting this much weight. I had to help from when she left and had to help with the heaviest furniture.

Their estimate on when they would be done with the previous job was off by quite a bit. I would have appreciated a call just to let me know that they were running late and reassure me that they were still coming. Once they got there, they were all business yet very personable. They were very respectful of our property and belongings. I would definitely hire them again. They went out of their way to do anything they could to help us.

The two male workers did a good job. But the female worker was not really worth the money. I would have preferred 3 men.
