I BELIEVE THE 3RD GUY THAT CAME TO HELP @ THE VERY LAST... TOOK MY WINTER HAT, I SAW HIM SHOW IT TO ONE OF THE OTHER GUYS & HAVEN'T SEEN IT SINCE. YES, IT WAS COLD ?? BUT IT WAS MINE. MY MOTHER'S BED FRAME WAS LEFT!. COMMUNICATION REGARDING CHARGES AREN'T CLARIFIED (PLASTIC WRAP $50)!.. I DIDN'T SEE WHERE THE 30 MIN LUNCH WAS DEDUCTED... THE TRUCK WASN'T BIG ENOUGH SO WE HAD EXTRA TRIPS (WHICH COST ME UNEXPECTEDLY)!.. QUOTE WAS $719.00 (YEAH, RIGHT)? NO! TOTAL WAS $1958.00 & I WAS CHARGED 3 SEPARATE CHARGES NOT UNDERSTANDING!.. I APPRECIATE THE HELP & IT WAS COLD, BUT I WON'T RECOMMEND THE SERVICE NOR USE THEM AGAIN...
PS. THE GUY THAT TOOK MY HAT SAID IT'S BETTER TO CALL THEM & NOT GO THROUGH THE 3RD PARTY, BECAUSE THEY CHARGE 30%....???????
First, I am the owner of the company, and I was the third person who arrived at the job site to help finish the move. We provided an additional mover at NO extra charge because the job was taking significantly longer than expected and the weather conditions were becoming extremely cold. I personally came to assist in order to complete the move faster, help the crew, and ultimately save you both time and money. Needless to say, taking a personal item such as a hat was never a reason for my presence there.
Second, the 30-minute lunch break was fully deducted from the total billed time and is clearly reflected in the final invoice.
Third, regarding the additional trip: unfortunately, it was not possible to fit all items into the truck in one load. The truck provided was exactly the size that was originally ordered. Due to the total volume of belongings, a second trip was required, which affected the final time and cost.

The movers arrived on time to the PODS facility to unload my storage container into the moving truck. The movers were very efficient in getting my PODS container downloaded into their moving truck, and then moving all of my things into the house I am renting. They were also very careful with all of my things and very friendly. When we got to the house I am renting the movers were very receptive to where I wanted my things placed. I would recommend using Zip Moving to anyone else that needs to use a moving company. They really helped relieve the stress I was having of getting my things from the PODS facility to the house I am renting since PODS couldn't service the location.
