My wife and I were still in route to our new home in Longview when we found out our expected help to unload the moving truck did not pan out. A quick websearch pointed me to Prestige Moving Options and we could not have been happier. It was a quick request process with an immediate price quote that was fair and reasonable. We received a confirmation e-mail and phone call and were provided our point of contact information.
We were behind schedule arriving when I called our contact Joseph. He was friendly and polite on the phone and worked within our eta. He arrived with Derek shortly after we arrived and hit the ground running. They were both incredibly polite and took care in unloading our many items. We had a 3 hour time frame scheduled and finished in shortly after 2 hours however Joseph and Derek continued to work any way they could to help us out.
We had a 2nd truck due the following day and it was a no-brainer to request their assistance again. Arriving right on time and not delaying in getting started the truck was unloaded in just over an hour. They stayed to help move more boxes within the garage and house, assembled the bedframes and set up the beds and continued to ask "what more can we do."
Not much more we can say about their professionalism, friendliness, patience than they were excellent. We highly recommend them and Prestige to anyone looking for help moving. Our stay in this house will be temporary but our use of this company and Joseph and Derek will be in our future plans. Thanks all for making this a positive experience!

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
