They were on time and were prepared for the job. The guys were nice enough, they were not very professional however. One man was on his phone or awhile just standing while we were carrying things into the home. They broke 3 pieces of furniture due to carelessness. They were rough with all of our boxes including ones that said fragile. You could tell they just wanted to get done as fast as possible and they didn’t care about much else.

The guys were extremely wonderful, and I would highly recommend them. They were 15 minutes early (which I appreciated), and they were very careful with my items. They didn't bump my tables and couches into anything, and they didn't slam my door - they would gently let it go (while holding heavy items!). They also took care of the larger items I wanted to trash, and they assembled my bed in a great way.

Jerome and his team were amazing! They were courteous, informative, careful and quick. They saved us SO much money by being able to fit all of our stuff into two pods as opposed to three. That was a huge savings since we were moving across country! I highly recommend Jerome and his team of professional movers.

If I could give Stack in the Box and Jerome 100 stars, I definitely would! In today's world, it's not very often that you come across such impeccable service. Jerome was always available to answer my questions before my load date. They showed up on time (about 15 minutes early actually) and were completely prepared for the job. We had a lot of stuff and they worked so hard to make it all fit. They were all very nice, just all around good people. All of their Mothers should be VERY proud! If you need help loading or unloading your POD, look no further, these are the guys you want.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
