Professional and on time! The worker reached out to me and started communication prior to the day the work actually started. Excellent, I commend preparation! The job was finished before the scheduled time was up and the movers volunteered to help take items to the dumpster. Respectful, friendly, arrived to perform a job and the job was well done!

Maybaum movers did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Terrible weather had them running a few minutes late and they kept me updated via phone. They moved all of my belongings with care and efficiency -- wrapping up furniture to keep it safe -- and then somehow they made everything fit in to a tiny storage unit! I was in a pretty rotten move after packing all week and preparing to move cross country, so was really grateful for their good humored, diligent approach. They made my day easy. When they left I was smiling!

Maybaum Movers was absolutely fantastic!!! They put the service in customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to my family’s satisfaction and adapted to several unforeseen challenges with getting everything to the new location. The driveway to my house is very steep. Due to the angle of the driveway, the moving truck was not able to get past the bottom of the hill without scraping the street. Not to worry… Maybaum with the aid of extra moving dollies, proceeded to shuttle our household items up the long hill. I am very happy with their service. If you want movers who make customer service and satisfaction a priority, Maybaum should be at the top of your list.

The movers were right on time and were fantastic!!! They didn't waste time, they were polite, courteous and extremely efficient. They unloaded the truck and carried my belongings up to the 3rd floor on a 93 degree day and never once uttered a negative word! Truly amazing guys-I'd hire them again anytime.

I was disappointed. The pre-move is set up by text message; a little unorthodox, but fine. I confirmed that the movers would arrive with dollies and carts. Day of the move, they show up (to their credit: perfectly on time) with one small appliance dolly. This meant that they had to carry each box, one-by-one, from the truck to the moving elevator, then to my 1-bedroom apartment. We ended up finding a small cart to help expedite. But the guys were moving so slowly and aimlessly that we moved almost all of the boxes ourselves. The guys also seemed a little amateurish. We had one person giving instruction to his teammates, but without his instruction, it was as if the guys had never done a job before. We hit our 2 hour limit exactly, only because we moved most of the boxes and left them to move the furniture.
