I highly suggest hirehelper be more cautious of the company you refer your customers too. Not to mention that my grandson(14) and my daughter(24) witnessed this unprofessional behavior.

My move was a very straightforward and simple job - getting stuff out of a 5’ by 5’ storage (the smallest type of storage they have at Public Storage) to my new apartment which was not too far away. There were no stairs involved, just the elevator at my apartment which I had reserved earlier, so it was a smooth operation. So keeping that in mind:
The movers were on time and great at communication. They were ready to jump into the job as soon as they arrived. Everything was done in an efficient manner, and all of my stuff was undamaged in the process. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Organisation is key - we always highlight how a prepared client can receive a more efficient move and save themselves money. We love it when a client can give us a comprehensive walk-through of the home and inventory to alert us to the scope and history of their possessions and residence. After that we will get to work! A client who can bring these details to our attention prior will be met with all of the preparation and prediction we can to deliver an even better experience!

Our favourite part of moving people is the real, tangible and fulfilling work we perform daily. Moving is a very simple and straightforward industry - either you had a great move or you didn't and we love delivering people's best moving experience. It makes each day extremely rewarding.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Suburban Solutions provides 2 weeks of paid training before we charge a client for the team member's services. This ensures that all team members are well vetted, well trained and well prepared to perform as expected. We do monthly team safety meeting where we stress the importance of furniture handling, site safety and client communication so that they are that much more prepared to handle unique and difficult situations that arise. This training works as a great team building experience as well.
