We will treat you with utmost respect and handle your items as if they are our own most valuable and precious belongings. You can feel comfortable when we help you move, because we make sure that you know that we will do every little or big milestone during your move as you wish as we always have a lead in every single moving project to make sure that it is as stress-free for you as possible. We provide extra help for the elderly as well as pregnant customers. We also provide most hand tools that are in use today at no charge. For example, if you have a closet that needs to be taken apart and stacked professional to save space as well as be able to take it with you to your new home, we provide the drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. at no extra charge except for the hourly labor to be performed. If you want your belongings to be professionally moved with care, no need to look any further, we are your helping hand!

The movers were supposed to show up at 10 a.m. They called and said they would be late, then called again and said they were 5 minutes away and they never showed up. My husband and I both tried to get in touch with the actual mover and there was no answer. I canceled the order and was offered a discount if we still used them. They are beyond unprofessional.

The movers were about 50 minutes late coming from another job due to traffic, but kept in communication with me on their ETA, which was awesome! Not only did they do a great job moving all heavy items to the new location, handling with care, they also helped me get my car started again after the battery died, by providing jumper cables when I couldn't locate my own. I really appreciated that! Thanks guys! I definitely recommend Nick and Josh!

They were late, I had 2 people and only one really worked by moving boxes, while other one just staying in moving truck dilly dallying with small boxes. Wasted a lot of time and only moved 1/8th of my storage unit. Not sure if they work this way to "ADD" more hours for more pay, but I felt they dragged their feet and just didn't care. I called and complained and nothing was done - they told me to file a claim. During that time, they charged my card after I did NOT approve the job. I had to wait for the claim and asked for a refund because they left me hanging and I had to hire 2 other people from another company for the same amount of time and did the entire job in less than 2 hours! I would NOT recommend Local Reliable Movers, because they do not respect your time and goods. Sorry but thats the truth! I had to wait for 1/2 of refund which I still think was unfair.
