Kyle and CJ arrived on time ready to work. They worked hard even though I underestimated how long the unload would take, they stayed until every thing was offloaded and placed. I would use them again.

They unloaded a moving pod at my two story house in a light rain. They worked well together and were polite and respectful. They finished in about two and a half hours and stayed for another 1/2 hour moving boxes around inside the house which was a great help. If I had any complaints it was that they left a bag of breakfast garbage in my driveway and I didn't see it until after critters had spread it all over my yard. Nice, strong young men who knew what they were doing. Can't beat that.

The two helpers were a half an hour late, and had another job they were supposed to be at right after two hours at our house. They didn't finish our job in two hours, but even if they'd offered to stay to finish, which would have been at a cheaper rate than the first two hours, we wouldn't have let them. They were so begrudging of every box they lifted--not the assistant he was alright, but he was working for a boss who just ordered him to do stuff and never said thank you-- so naturally he didn't have a good role model. I had helpers before These who were cheerful and hardworking -- no complaints or sighs about how big an effort they we're makingl I would neither recommend them nor hire them again. Sorry I took the cheapest option. I guess you DO get what you pay for.

Michael, the owner, was great to talk to on the phone, personable and professional. The crew of 4 he sent were fantastic. They worked several long days for me, doing what needed done to get me moved. They were fun, professional, and respectful even in the face of a complicated move including some less than normal possessions. I would use them again anytime.

The workers were NOT on time! They did call to say they would be late, and then again to say they would be even later. My 1:00 arrival ended up being 4:15. The guys were done unloading about 5:00 (under an hour). This was a major inconvenience for me, as friends who offered to help unpack and break down boxes all afternoon stayed only a short time, but had an evening commitment. The people I hired to load the porta boxes a few months ago charged just $80 an hour. I tipped them very well!. Unfortunately, they were not available and I felt rushed about this move so didn’t shop around. I definitely overpaid!! The guys did a nice job, though, and I did tip. Friends have since recommended other sources, and although I don’t anticipate needing this service again soon, I would not recommend HireAHelper unless this injustice is somehow rectified.

The men from Save U $$$ Services were excellent! Although they were delayed by an accident on the freeway, they let me know so I didn't worry. The owner Michael, Kyle, and CJ were professional, and communicated well with me every step of the way. They loaded my belongings efficiently and tightly and I ended up using 4 ft less of the trailer than I had estimated needing. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer others to them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...

We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
