We realized we'd bitten off a bit more than we could chew trying to unload the U-Haul trailer by ourselves. We called hire-a-helper at 5 p.m. on a Saturday, and they were able to get The Works Services out to unload it on the same day. The movers were courteous and professional, and they did a great job! They even made friends with our dogs! Nothing damaged, everything brought in super fast, and they even brought our mattress upstairs to our bedroom from the ground floor where we'd dropped it after giving up trying to unload it ourselves. If you need movers, give these guys a call!

John and Jeremy communicated well prior to their arrival so I knew that they had my job on their radar and when they would arrive. They called again the morning of the job to inform me of their ETA. They were prompt, worked efficiently as a team, were very respectful of me and my belongings. They had good energy and were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to friends and will utilize their service again when I need help with moving. Top notch! Call them. You'll be glad you did.

The two gentlemen, arrived on time and introduced themselves and after giving them the directions as to where everything was to go they went to work. They stayed at it until my pod was completely emptied. They finished short of the time I had scheduled them for. They were on time (called 25 minutes before arriving), they were prepared to work, worked very hard, very careful with our things and property and yes I would use them again

They were fast, polite, on time, etc. However, they forgot which boxes contained vinyl records. I didn't want those crushed. Yet, twice I found the vinyl records placed on the dolly underneath very heavy boxes. Also, I would have liked it if they had kept more of the boxes right-side-up. Most boxes weren't marked "this side up," so it wasn't their fault, but still I would have liked it if the boxes were kept right side up instead of on their side. (I had taken more care in packing them for transport and storage right side up.)

John and Carter were a huge help unloading our POD in Olympia WA. Both men are very professional, energetic, friendly, and organized. Our POD was unloaded quickly and efficiently with all items placed exactly as we requested throughout the house and garage. Communication prior to the unloading was outstanding with calls both to confirm the date for unloading plus to confirm arrival time.
