These movers did a great job. I booked them less than 24 hours in advance, and got a call to confirm within a half hour. They worked hard from the minute they arrived (on time) until they were finished. They had to carry several large heavy pieces of furniture up one and two flights of stairs, and did so very carefully to make sure they didn't damage the walls despite some tight fits. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great, friendly and hit the ground running as soon as they got on site. I only had one POD to fill, and waaaay too much stuff to fill it with. I told them the name of the game was Tetris and they went to work. They managed to fit everything in my POD with room to spare. I would absolutely recommend The Works Services for any of your moving needs.

Job details: two helpers for two hours moving roughly two+ rooms worth of stuff from a container into a second story apartment. Arrived exactly on time at 9AM and were well-prepared for moving both large quantity of small items and boxes as well as large pieces of furniture (king mattress, large sofa, dresser and dining table). Finished about 15 minutes early, which allowed them to help assemble dining table. Very efficient and professional, highly recommended.

The two guys that came to help were GREAT. Under the circumstances, I was going through, they were respectful and professional. They showed up on time and they did everything I asked them to do. I wanted to give them a tip for all their hard work, but my purse got left at the last location. I felt bad that I had no money, checks or cards to accommodate them for what they did for me. They totally understood and they were nice about it also. I would without a doubt use them again.
