They arrived 30 mins. late, but the office did call in advance to make me aware. The 2 helpers were knowledgeable in bed frame assembly, which was very helpful. They were polite and respectful.

Christian Brothers Moving did a great job helping me move! I had two PODS that needed to be unloaded and they got the job done quickly. They were very careful with my furniture, including an antique piano. I noticed they took time to make sure they did not damage my walls or doorframes while moving my furniture into the house. The company is very professional and the movers called before arrival to confirm and once they arrived, they went to work immediately and did not stop. I appreciated their respect for the time I was paying for and I will definitely use them again!

I was very disappointed. I was scheduled for 2 hours, but it took 7 hours longer.
The young men were polite & professional, but didn't move 1/2 my things & 'm charges 120/hour for the additional time it took.
I can't find my plants & I also had to have someone help me the next 2 days. Thursday with one additional helper & Friday with 2 additional people helping.
I still have to go back & empty my storage unit in the garage.
It was just a nightmare & one of the slates on my bed they put back together has a broken slate.
I'm sorry I would not recommend these services from this business to anyone.
I was packing & loading right along with the movers. Now I'm being harassed by the fact that I still apparently owe for 2 more hours @ you guessed it.......$120/hour.
I should octant my attorney about those final 2 hors left because the movers didn't move 1/2 of what they should have

Overall I have no complaints with the service provided by Christian Brothers. We had a hiccup with the delivery of the container to our new home and they were able to work with us to rescheudle. Unfortunately, they were running late on the job prior to ours- BUT they were excellant in communicating their delay and arrival time. My only complaint is one of the guys lit up a cigar/cigarette in the garage as they were leaving. Smoking is a personal choice however don't light up in the garage of a customer's home- it's tacky, unprofessional and disrespectful. That's the reason for the 2 star deduction.

Moving is a stressful time for anyone. My favorite part is seeing the relief on the customers face when they are assured the move will be done professionally and with no issues.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on how to properly protect and move all types of furniture. This is done through on the job training along with training manuals.
