Very pleasant and professional. On time and also extremely flex with multiple rescheduling of job/times. Weather was bad but they made the best attempt at speed and quality handling of my valuables. Pleasant with my kiddo and rechecked my POD and located an additional item. I would use them again.

They were a little late. However they worked non stop and did a good job packing our pod. They had wrapping material and wrapped some furniture. We would use them again.

While I’m thankful that we hired help, I’m disappointed that they had such little regard for our things. Between breaking the foot on our bed and scratching the walls of our new home, they definitely wanted to be done more than they wanted to make sure things stayed in tact. This is an affordable option just make sure you are there guiding them so your stuff has a better chance of staying in good condition.
We have recently made some changes within that will get us back to our usual high level of service. Summer time is always challenging.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
