When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. Movers came the evening before which benefited my family and them. They arrived in the late evening which was fine for me. They were really slow. One of the movers stopped to talk repeatedly. They took multiple smoke/vapor breaks and did not have all the tools needed to remove the refrigerator handles to get it through the door. I told them that they were moving very slowly, because it should take a lot less time to unload than load. I also emphasized to them that I was not paying for additional hours. One of the movers seemed motivated, while the other took his time. Overall, the job got done.

The main issue I had with the movers was their 2 hour delay. My appointment window was 10am - 11am it was after 2pm before they arrived. They were great with strategically packing my POD and not breaking anything. they were very gentle with my furniture. I am not sure if I would use them again though.

Mark and team do have a magic wand! Well worth the money spent to have someone who knows how to get every inch out of your pod space and pack things so tight that nothing will move in side! We were three stories, so they were a blessing when it came to heavy lifting. Awesome folks to work with!

They were running a little late due to weather and they did have to go get the shrink wrap for my furniture but they did an excellent job packing all my stuff, that I honestly did not think would all fit in the POD. I could not have done it without them.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.

Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
