Mike and Mark helped us out with moving items into a 8 foot POD last minute (same day) when my originally scheduled movers delayed to the following day. They were scheduled for a 4 pm slot (arriving between 3-4 pm as scheduled by Hire A Helper), but arrived at 5:45 pm citing traffic. They had minimal communication with us and were listening to NPR on speakerphone while working. Smoke breaks were taken near the POD which I didn’t care for. Towards the end of the job, it was looking like everything would not fit in the POD, and they began taking everything apart, without really asking how we would like to handle the items that didn’t fit. They disagreed with each other about the way to handle a wooden planter that was already assembled and weren’t receptive to the suggestions of my Dad and I. After the job was complete, they both left the apartment and were getting into the car to leave without hardly a parting word. They finished the move at dusk/dark, and got the job done for which I was grateful. But I would not choose to use their services next time.

We had to take things apart in order for your belongings to fit in the small size pod. We always listen to our customers suggestions but we have to ultimately decide on how to proceed based on our 20+ yrs of experience in the moving industry. We did get everything to fit which you failed to mention. You were our 3rd job of the day and we were tired. I apologize if you thought we weren't friendly enough and our smokers never have a cigarette near the front of a truck or pod. I'm sorry if we weren't far enough away for your liking. Overall we left feeling good about the outcome and thought you did as well. I hope that the rest of your move went well. Thank you for the review, we appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve our service.

I give this company a 5-star rating. Mike and Josh were awesome!!! They arrived on time and as scheduled, handled all of my items with care, and were SO pleasant to work with. They securely wrapped all of my fragile belongings and strategically placed them in my POD to ensure no movement while they are transported. Great job guys, and thank you so much!!

While the crew that came did finish the job, and not only did we pay the full price, we also tipped them however I would not recommend nor use them in the future. We agreed on 3 individuals for 3 hours to arrive between 9-10. I received confirmations days prior to the move and on the morning of, received a call and text that they would arrive at 9:30 am. At 9:49 received a text that they would be there at 10:10. At 10:15 when they hadn't arrived, I texted to ensure they were not lost. At 10:20 received a text that they were 5 mins away. They must have told their boss they were already there as I received a text that said our prepaid time had started. They didn't arrive until 10:40. The lead mover introduced himself and we started describing the work. One younger man came out and about 5 mins into the move the third man came out of the car. All three were not properly dressed. Sagging pants with no belts. No company logos or anything representing the company. Not to be rude, but all three seemed like they had one too many the night before and just rolled out of bed. The third man who was late out of the car, immediately asked for the bathroom. I shared that their was one in the office (we were at the storage unit facility) and instead he went around the corner to do his business. Several times during each would wander off - looking for the rest room, going back to their car, going around the corner of the storage, etc. At one point, all three were gone and that was for about 10 mins. No communication. At another point, two of them started arguing about where to put things in the truck and I think one used the other's shirt to wipe there hands. Not sure but it was drama. The young man shared that he was going to call them "tipkillers" as he suggested that their arguing in front of customers would kill their tip. My husband and I were friendly, bought and shared with them cold waters and tried to have it turn out positive. And yes, the job was done, but unfortunately I would not hire them again due to what occurred.

Ma'am we have all worked together as a team for a long time ( over 3 years ). I'm sorry that we came across rough but I can assure you that none of us were truly upset at one another. It's just how we get along and communicate. I told you as much while we were there.
It had been very busy for us the last few days prior and while that doesn't excuse the behavior that had you upset we finished your load in a timely manner with no accidents or damage to anything.
We apologize for not being more professional on your job and we will strive to improve our first impressions. Thank you

We had a 36ft U-Haul and hired Triangle Labor Services to pack the truck as we were moving. The 3 guys showed up as expected and did a wonderful job. They were professional and knew what they were doing. It took them about 3 hours to pack the u-haul, very hard working guys!!!! Thank you Triangle for your service, you were great!!!!

This is the second time I’ve hired Mark and his crew. The first time we waited over four hours for them to arrive. Thankfully this time we only waited about an hour and a half (Arrival time was based on after the hour leeway that this service provides). Once they arrive they don’t waste time and get to work immediately. There was a hiccup with a brand new ceiling fan but Mark reported it himself.

In the event that I move again I will definitely be using them.

They did a great job of moving us at 6 pm on a Friday evening. Unloaded our pod into a 3 level townhome. Very professional. Worked quickly. No damage. Communication was great. High recommend!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.

What types of moves have you handled?

We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
