I had four helpers come and help for 2 hours. They came when they said they would, and even came a day early when I asked! Thank you. These four helpers were ready to work when they arrived even though they had just finished a big job in the morning. They were careful of my belongings. They were just what we needed for the price paid.

The two young workers were very courteous, knowledgeable, and overall pleasing. The job was from a third floor apartment to a container in the parking lot along with some items from the garage. We had scheduled a move using Hire A Helper and the original people backed out 5 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. Hire A Helper scrambled to find us another moving company. Triangle Labor Services answered that call and were very hard working. We had plans for the evening and they worked hard and quickly to help us make our schedule. We appreciate their ability to do the job at the last minute and taking the time to ensure our belongings were loaded carefully. Our household items arrived with minimal to no damage. /items that needed to be moved from our storage unit to our home. In addition, the boxes needed to be divided between two rooms and grouped by category. THE WORK: The team who worked for us arrived on time. The team was professional and courteous, but friendly, and most important to us, efficient. They listened carefully to what we wanted and confirmed that they understood before they began the work. Each box was marked, and they made sure that these markings were uniform and easy to read from any viewing angle. Although the team needed to call out to each other to coordinate the arrangement of the boxes, neither their voices nor the sound of boxes being stacked were intrusive. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
