They throw everything everywhere , we told them before starting to leave space for our mattress that we will put the next day into the truck , they forgot and left us with no room in the truck , they suggested us to put the mattress in top of the truck with ropes , and I told him it was not possible because we are moving to Texas , they took for ever to load the truck and took a lot of breaks in between they didn’t listen when we suggested stuff , and now I need to get rid de of my 4,000 dll mattress because of them

Adam and TJ were incredible movers! They powered through 3 hours and were able to handle anything we threw at them. They were both very professional and courteous throughout the move. They managed to get everything perfectly set up in our truck like a Tetris machine. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help.

I have waited a week to leave this review because I did not want to let my emotions interfere with this review.
We hired 2 movers to meet us at a certain time (with an hour window) to unload a 16' truck at my daughters new apartment in a rental truck we had packed the day before.
They called before our appointment time and asked if they could have another hour to show due to their prior job going long. I told them that would be fine.
After hours of follow up calls and messages left, we finally had to unload the truck ourselves as it was now 5 hours past our original appointment time. When the mover finally called, they acted like they didn't know who I was or why I had been calling.
I told them to forget it as we had already done the work.
During our ordeal my wife contacted Hire A Helper for help and she was told that we needed to be understanding and that things happen sometime. During this very unpleasant conversation the man on the phone was not helpful and was confrontational and he eventually hung up on my wife.
The whole situation ruined what should have been a very happy situation - my daughters first apartment.
PS - We could not move a very heavy sleeper sofa to a 2nd floor apartment so we ended up having to take it back home and unload it, causing us to incur a late fee for not returning the truck on time.

Michael and Xavier showed up on time and completed our move in the time we requested. They were super nice and carefully moved all my things out of my apartment. Highly recommend them!!

Devon and Jim were awesome! We moved our son into an apartment In Gainesville and these 2 guys were amazing! They were at the address on time, had the needed dolly and were ready to start unloading.. they were extremely strong and smiled the whole way. Very professional and we will definitely call them in the future!
