i cannot sing the praises of Seize the Day Logistics highly enough. i booked shortly after midnight for some heavy lifting the following day and was thrilled that this crew of movers was able to respond with such spectacular efficiency. ultimately i was only looking for extra muscle with the HEAVY stuff, but Melvin and Doug (the team assisting me that day) took over the entire hassle of relocating everything for me. i've used movers-for-hire in the past that were just barely up to the task of dealing with oversized, weighty pieces. but these two gentlemen TRULY had the strength to get the task done. they were thoughtful, polite, SPEEDY, and professional beyond my hopes or expectations. if you have a job you need done well, have confidence that Seize the Day Logistics will be reliable and useful. this particular move was assistance unloading a large moving truck into a storage facility following an out of state relocation. now that i've found housing in the san diego area, i will be utilizing this company again, and SOON. again, my thanks specifically to Melvin and Doug for easing the stress of a short notice, high stress project.

If I could sing, I would sing praises about Melvin LaPoint and Douglass Crenshaw. They showed up on time, worked very hard and never stopped. They took direction and ran with it. They didn't need to be micromanaged and actually took the initiative to do what they knew needed to be done without being told. They were very careful with our property and very respectful of our belongings and even more so very respectful to me and my parents. We were so happy with the job they did, we are hiring them again in two days from now. Hopefully they will be available when it is time for my parents to move into their new home.

The two young gentlemen from Seize the Day Logistics who provided moving services to me were probably the two most professional, accommodating, respectful, conscientious, and efficient servicemen I have ever met. The lead's name was Thomas. I regretfully can't remember the other's name but he was just as good. First, they were entirely accommodating of my uncertain POD delivery time and were on standby without starting the clock. When the POD arrived and I acquired the keys to my new home, I called them and they arrived in 15 minutes. They unloaded a fully-loaded 16' POD with some very heavy pieces, placed everything right where I asked in a 2-story house, assembled all of the furniture in place, and completed the whole thing in exactly 2 hours without so much as a single scratch or ding on anything. Not even a scuff on a wall in the 180-degree stairway. After watching them carry these big, heavy pieces up the stairs so carefully every step of the way, it almost doesn't compute how they could have finished everything so quickly. And the whole time, they treated me with such respect and attentiveness I almost felt like royalty. I will call these guys every time I need this kind of help, and have already started recommending them to all my friends.

After booking with our company, first the customer will receive confirmation call or an email from one of our agents who will rest assured explain every single step. Once when customer decide to move forward with our company the customer will be provided with exceptional moving services that we'll be provided by our highly trained professional movers.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On a moving day the customer can expect well trained movers, happy to assist and accommodation all the customers request!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depending on customers preference there is a few things that customer need to do before the movers arrive, if you decide to use regular moving service all that needs to be done is just packing smaller items into the boxes, if customer decides to use full pack service in that case all you need to do is just to open the door and our movers will do the rest. However this are just basics if you need any additional information please feel free to reach us and one of our dedicated agents will be happy to assist!
What types of moves have you handled?
All these years we handle local moves, as well as the moves to Los Angeles. We are able to handle house hold moves as well as the commercial moves as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Beside happiness that we are being able to assist customers with fresh start we are more than delighted when we see the smile on customers face after the move is done!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members have basic training on how to properly use tools as well as the training on how to disassemble and reassemble furniture properly, packing training and training on how to use protecting material for the furniture.
