First time using Hire A Helper and Bennett's. My mom met the guys for me at my home to unload a freight trailer. We booked them for 2 hours and the guys were done in no time. They worked fast and never stopped moving. My mom says they were both friendly and very polite. I appreciate their help and since she was impressed with their work, I have to be as well. The three guys (young and strong) did a good job and were polite and conscientious! This is the 3rd time in 3 years we have hired Bennetts through 'Hire-a-Helper' (first two times, to move my daughter into and out of a house) and this time just to move our own furniture up and down stairs in our house....so they don't just 'move' stuff but will do moving manual labor in your own house if needed! Thanks to young man work very hard in very bad conditions. It rained all the time they were at my home and many times it was a torrential downpour but they continued the job at hand. I would highly recommend this company for any type of loading and unloading.

These guys were awesome. 2 man crew, young kids really, but I was impressed with their great work ethic. We had a storage shed that needed loading into a 26 ft. truck for transport and they just did a great job of making sure our belongings were well secured for the long drive ahead. I'd definitely use this company again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
