John and Al were hard, careful workers and respectful of our property. They communicated with us while working and were pleasant. They took care to pack our belongings into a POD for maximum efficiency. John kept me informed regularly before arrival.

Late by half an hour, never apologized. Did 30-40% of the job, was very slow and lazy. Constantly chatting, complaining and smoking, no wonder they never finished the job. Didn’t use furniture pads. Specific place for fragile items in U-Haul truck was filled with clothes and Christmas tree. Total money waste. Look somewhere else.

The Hire A Helper crew coordinated their arrival properly and and were punctual with the schedule.They had the appropriate equipment and worked diligently to unload the POD in the two hours that were projected. Furthermore, they took care to move all items safely and without causing damage. If I ever have a need for such services again, I would certainly use them.

First of all Based on the info I had received from and in response to 800 number I thought when the guy said we needed 2 guys for two hours I accepted that. I didn't know that it would take longer than that. John quit after the 2 hours , he fulfilled his job the 2 hours but would stay any longer and I had to get another company to finish the job, miraculously we were able to finish with another group. I would not recommend A+. John was a rude but did say he would be back the next day but we were closing and had to leave that day. He looked sloppy and his butt Crack showed constantly. Rob the helper was excellent worker.
